Open concept main level with cathedral ceiling and exposed beams consists of living room, kitchen with skylight, quartz countertops, backsplash, farm sink, island with seating adjacent to the dining area with a table and seating for six and sliding glass doors which lead out to the large deck with patio table & chairs, sun loungers, new stainless steel gas grill. The outdoor shower is perfect for cleaning up after your relaxing day at the beach.
The lower level has a family room with a new 55-inch smart TV with voice activated remote control, sofa & loveseat and plenty of room to set up the queen air mattress, along with a second bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.
All rooms are nicely appointed with your comfort in mind. Designed to be a peaceful and serene retreat with high end details and artwork throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Area amenities include Skull Island mini golf/driving range/batting cages, The Wydah Pirate Museum, Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park, the 26-mile Cape Cod bike trail, restaurants, ice-cream, and much more! Conveniently located between Dennis & Hyannis.
