Short walk to the beach (which has a playground), ice-cream, multiple restaurants, mini golf and shops.
Area amenities include Skull Island mini golf/driving range/batting cages, The Wydah Pirate Museum, Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park, the 26-mile Cape Cod bike trail, and much more! Conveniently located 'mid-Cape' between Dennis & Hyannis.

Single floor living. Enter the front door into the sunny living room and attached dining area. Good sized kitchen which leads outside to the backyard with patio, gas grill and table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.
There are three bedrooms, two of which have a queen size bed each and the third bedroom has full/double bunk bed.

Rate guide
July and August, Saturday to Saturday, from $3,800 per week June, 3 night minimum, from $500 per night May and September, 2 night minimum, from $450 per night October to April, 2 night minimum, from $400 per night Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum. Final rates are confirmed on inquiry.

Before you book
Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels his/her reservation, all funds received will be refunded ONLY if premises are re-rented by LANDLORD for the reservation period. LANDLORD will make every effort to find a replacement TENANT. If LANDLORD is successful in securing a replacement for the entire term of the lease, at the same rate and terms, the TENANT will receive a refund of the deposit paid less 5% of the total rent due for this lease. If re-rented for a lesser amount, the difference between this rental and the lesser rental amount shall not be refunded. There is no guarantee that a replacement TENANT will be secured and there is no guarantee the TENANT will receive a refund if a replacement TENANT is not secured.
