Great location in West Dennis with an outdoor pool! Swim, fish, kayak across the street at Bass River Park. This newly renovated 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with AC is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer! The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa. A bathroom off the bedroom and another one off of the kitchen/living room area as well as sliding glass doors from both the bedroom and the living room out to your private deck overlooking the backyard and pool offers plenty of room for 4 people stay comfortably.
Area amenities include West Dennis Beach just over a mile away and many other beaches within a short drive, spend the day boating, beachcombing, relaxing by the backyard pool or on your own private balcony. Golf at some of the Cape's best courses. Enjoy live music at several restaurants that are within a short walk and many others in the mid-Cape area.

"We had a last minute change of plans and needed a place to stay quickly because of an issue with our original accommodations in Falmouth. I did a quick search and found Tracy's place! She was very responsive and kind with letting us check in last minute. We liked the area. It was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the coffee shop and restaurant on the water across the street. I'd recommend!"
"Highly recommend! My wife & I just finished a week on the Cape at Tracy's place, and it was exactly what we needed. The location is perfect, as you're at the border of Yarmouth (right next to the Bass River crossing) but with the charm of Dennis Port only a short drive down route 28. The condo is also much bigger than the pictures portray, which is always a nice surprise upon arrival. Finally, the condo is are a mere 5 minute drive to West Dennis beach, not to mention a bevy of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all within a 5-10 minute radius." "
"I'll be honest I was skeptical due to few reviews but on paper Tracy's place had everything we needed for our cape trip with our 2yr old (bath tub, pool) AND more (extra bathroom and pull out queen bed). It did not disappoint! Pool was spotless and beautiful, kitchen had just enough (2 electric burners, coffee maker, sink). 5 minutes from west Dennis beach, 18 minutes from the bay beaches. Don't let the limited amount of reviews dissuade you. Tracy's condo was perfect for our family and so glad we found it."

"Tracy's place was beautifully decorated and clean my husband and I loved the coastal beach aesthetic of it. There was a coffee shop across the street from the condos and a marina which had a pretty view. The nearest beach was only a 6 minute drive and there was plenty of restaurants nearby. The porch was spacious and a nice spot to relax. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area."

Rate guide
Open mid April to late October June to August, from $200 per night midweek and from $250 per night at weekends April, May, September and October, from $180 per night midweek and from $200 per night at weekends Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum. Final rates are confirmed on inquiry.

Before you book
Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels his/her reservation, all funds received will be refunded ONLY if premises are re-rented by LANDLORD for the reservation period. LANDLORD will make every effort to find a replacement TENANT. If LANDLORD is successful in securing a replacement for the entire term of the lease, at the same rate and terms, the TENANT will receive a refund of the deposit paid less 5% of the total rent due for this lease. If re-rented for a lesser amount, the difference between this rental and the lesser rental amount shall not be refunded. There is no guarantee that a replacement TENANT will be secured and there is no guarantee the TENANT will receive a refund if a replacement TENANT is not secured.
