Welcome, and thank you for stopping by. We are a family owned collection of three vacation rentals on the mid Cape, two in South Yarmouth and one in West Dennis. Every inquiry comes straight to us, so you are always talking to the owner rather than a call center.

This post is a quick introduction to each home, and a few notes to help you pick the one that suits your trip.

Piece Ah Cape House, South Yarmouth

Sleeps 6. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms.

Our newly renovated single family house sits on a quiet side street south of Route 28, on the Nantucket Sound side of South Yarmouth. There is central air conditioning, two living rooms, a large private deck with an outdoor shower, high speed Wi-Fi, on demand cable and beach chairs ready by the door. The beach is a short walk away and has a playground, with ice cream, restaurants, mini golf and shops all close by.

Best for: families who want space to spread out and a short walk to the sand.

Cast Away Cottage, South Yarmouth

Sleeps 6. Three bedrooms, one bathroom.

A single level home in the same well loved neighbourhood, with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, beach chairs and a large backyard with a patio for long summer evenings. The beach, the playground and the local restaurants are a five to ten minute walk. Skull Island mini golf, the Whydah Pirate Museum, the Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park and the 26 mile rail trail are all nearby.

Best for: easy single level living and groups who like a garden to come back to.

Marina Bay Haven, West Dennis

Sleeps 4. One bedroom, two bathrooms.

A newly renovated condo across from Bass River Marina, with an outdoor pool, a private deck and sliding doors from both the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen pull out sofa. Swim, fish or kayak at Bass River Park just across the street, with beaches, golf and restaurants a short drive away.

Please note this property is seasonal. The complex is open from mid April to the end of October.

Best for: couples and small families who want a pool and the water on the doorstep.

Where we are

All three homes are on the mid Cape, close to the warm and sheltered beaches of Nantucket Sound, historic Route 6A, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the harbors of Yarmouth and Dennis. It is an easy base for day trips to Chatham, Provincetown, or the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

How booking works

Pick your dates on any property page and the calendar will show you what is open. Send us an inquiry with your dates and party size, and we will come back to you personally with availability and a price. In peak summer weeks we usually run Saturday to Saturday, and the booking panel will tell you when that applies.
